Physicians Required

Role Description 
We are contracted to provide pediatric critical care physician services to a 22-bed PICU at El Paso Children's Hospital in El Paso, TX.
We currently have 2 physicians during the day, one at night, and a senior resident 24 /7.
We are looking to add 2nd physician at night and manage a new 10-bed IMC unit. 
We are seeking 6 more pediatric critical care physicians and 4 nurse practitioners. 
We plan to start ECMO and CV surgery programs soon, therefore physicians with these experiences are preferred.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Medicine (MD)
• Board certification/eligibility in Pediatric Critical Care Medicine 
• Valid state medical license and DEA registration.
• Strong clinical skills knowledge of medical procedures, and patient care best practices.
• Excellent communication  and interpersonal abilities 
• Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team
• Commitment to provide high-quality and compassionate care for pediatric patients.
